The Paulownia 25 is our private forestry programme for landowners and institutions seeking to establish
significant commercial forestry projects without becoming forestry operators themselves.
• Each intake is limited to 25 approved projects.
• Each project begins from 100 acres.
• Each estate receives its own project identity, technical file, mapping and long-term management
programme.
• New cohorts are targeted at approximately two-year intervals so propagation and field capacity can
scale without compromising quality.
